The bridal shower turned out so cute, despite the rainy weather. Whitney and her mom even got pastries from the Jaarsma bakery in Pella, Iowa. If you haven't been there, you have to go. Everything is delicious. I might have mentioned to Shelby that I love their cherry donut holes. She might have mentioned it to her mom and sister. And yes, they picked up a bunch. I might have eaten a dozen. But, who's counting? YUMMMM. They were sooo good.
After getting stuffed on all the yummy food, the beautiful bride-to-be opened gifts and we took lots of pictures. There were lots of cute kiddos there, as Shelby's daughter, Scarlet, has lots and lots of cousins.
We got together later that evening for dinner at Genji Japanese Steakhouse and then headed home for the night. This amazing day was just a taste of the fun we will have at Jeff and Shelby's wedding...I can't wait!

Lots of food, drinks merriment is all done in parties. Our New Year party venue decorated with yellow lighting was booked by my cousin. Located at the outskirts of our city. Ordered light snacks as starters with awesome mock tails. And followed by a lavish dinner and drinks. Then was a great Dj with pictures and games till the New Year started.
